ABSTRACT
The appointment management process of the psychological care centers is affected by the crisis manifested by COVID 19. As a result of this problem, a case study will be carried out focused on the company PsicoMás where a software based on the agile XP methodology will be built. This research aims to implement a web system focused on the appointment management process. The results of the research will be obtained from two types of groups: A control group, to which no stimulus will be applied, and an experimental group, in which the developed web system will be applied. Finally, a comparison will be made based on the results of the aforementioned groups.
